- Create and managed all AIA requisitions from contractors to owners.
- Oversee Accounts Payables & Receivables.
- All billing, applications for payments, purchase management, project cost accounting and
preparation of a budget model that would indicate budget vs actual and anticipated cost on a
project by project basis. - Review AIA contracts and advise on payment terms.
- Distribution of checks involves multistep check list of paperwork including lien release, status of
